LOS ANGELES – Following a 3-1 win on the road over Vancouver Whitecaps FC at BC Place on Saturday, April 13, the LA Galaxy return home to play host to the San Jose Earthquakes at Dignity Heath Sports Park tonight, Sunday, April 21 (5:15 p.m. PT; Free on MLS Season Pass, FS1).

Sunday’s match marks the 100th edition across all competitions of the California Clásico between the Galaxy and the San Jose Earthquakes, with LA leading the all-time series 47-33-19 (159 GF, 139 GA). Against San Jose, LA holds a 38-28-17 record in league play, a 4-1-1 record in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup and a 5-4-1 record in the MLS Cup Playoffs. In 46 all-time matches played at home across all competitions against the Earthquakes, the Galaxy hold a record of 28-12-6 (82 GF, 58 GA). LA is unbeaten in its last five regular-season matches played against San Jose (4-0-1; 13 GF, 8 GA) dating back to Sept. 24, 2022. Notably, Dejan Joveljić has six goal contributions (5 goals, 1 assist) in seven career regular-season matches played (4 starts) against San Jose.

LA enters tonight’s match sitting in third place in the Western Conference standings with a 4-1-3 record (17 GF,12 GA; 15 points). In three matches played at home during the 2024 campaign, the LA Galaxy hold an unbeaten record of 1-0-2 (5 GF, 4 GA). The Galaxy rank tied for third in MLS in goals scored (17), while LA ranks tied for second in the league with Vancouver Whitecaps FC in goals scored per match (2.1) behind only Inter Miami CF (2.2).
