New England Revolution II News Release
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution II announced today that the team has mutually agreed to part ways with defender Collin Smith. Smith, 20, signed an MLS NEXT Pro contract with Revolution II on January 8. The outside back made one appearance, recording two shots, including one on target, in New England’s 2024 season opener last weekend at Philadelphia Union II.
New England continues its regular season on Sunday, hosting Carolina Core FC for the first time in club history in its 2024 home opener. The match kicks off at 3:00 p.m. ET from Gillette Stadium with Josh Tolle calling the action on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
