Calgary, AB – Cavalry FC of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) has been drawn against fellow CPL side Vancouver FC in the preliminary round of the 2024 TELUS Canadian Championship.
Cavalry FC will host the west coast club as they open the tournament in match one. The winner between the two clubs will advance to the quarter-final in a two-match series against MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
The match will take place in either April or May. The exact match date and kickoff time are to be determined and will be announced once confirmed by Canada Soccer.
