Alabama Boasts Three Letterwinners in 2024 CONCACAF Gold Cup


TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama soccer team will have one current and two former student-athletes compete in the CONCACAF Gold Cup as freshman forward Kennedy Garcia will represent Puerto Rico and alums Riley Tanner and Reyna Reyas will compete for Panama and Mexico, respectively.

The Tournament will feature 15 teams from North, South and Central America and the Caribbean. Garcia and Puerto Rico will open competition on Saturday, Feb. 17, against Haiti in the Preliminary Round, while Mexico opens Group Stage play on Tuesday, Feb. 20, against Argentina. Panama begins group play against Columbia on Wednesday, Feb. 21.
