TRANSFER GOSSIP COLUMN: Borussia Dortmund ‘can’t afford’ to sign Jadon Sancho, Chelsea enter the race for Amadou Onana and Bayern Munich look to hijack Tottenham’s deal for Radu Dragusin

The first big domino chips are beginning to fall in the transfer window, with Tottenham signing Timo Werner on loan.

Spurs, however, may face a battle to land their second signings of the window as Bayern Munich are looking to hijack their deal for Genoa defender and Romania international Radu Dragusin. 

Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho is expected to return to Manchester Unitd at the end of the season even if he joins Borussia Dortmund on loan this month, as the Bundesliga club cannot afford a permanent deal.

Elsewhere, Chelsea have joined the race for Everton midfielder Amadou Onana, who’s also on Arsenal‘s radar.
