At just 24 years of age, Carlos Anguiano has competed for three USL Championship clubs since signing his first professional contract in 2019:
2019-2020 Portland Timbers 2
2021 Tacoma Defiance
2022-2023 Phoenix Rising
In addition to earning a steady starting position on the Portland Timbers 2 as a home-grown product, Anguiano was dubbed number seven on USL Championship’s 20 Under 20 list. Now, nearly five years later, the midfielder has amassed a number of statistics, including a full 90â² against the Greenville Triumph during the 2023 U.S. Open Cup. Anguiano was also a member of the 2023 Phoenix Rising USL Championship title winning team.
