December 11, 2023 – National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) – OL Reign News Release
SEATTLE, WA. – OL Reign has re-signed goalkeeper Maia Pérez through the 2024 NWSL season, the club announced today. Per league and club policy, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pérez first signed with OL Reign on September 21 and was with the club for the final three games of the regular season and the NWSL playoffs. Prior to signing with the club, the 24-year-old goalkeeper was with Angel City FC and loaned to Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO) Issy 1992.
“Maia joined us late in the season in 2023 and integrated into our goalkeeper unit very well,” said general manager Lesle Gallimore. “She’s hardworking and committed to maximizing her opportunity.”
