SEATTLE, WASH. – Following its win over FC Dallas in the Round One series, Seattle Sounders FC faces Los Angeles FC in the Western Conference Semifinals of the MLS Cup Playoffs on Sunday, November 26 on the Emerald Queen Casino Pitch at Lumen Field (6:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, 950 KJR AM, SiriusXM FC 157, El Rey 1360 AM).
A win on Sunday sees Seattle advance to the Western Conference Final, facing the winner of the other Western Conference Semifinals matchup between Houston Dynamo FC and Sporting Kansas City. A loss eliminates Seattle from postseason play.
Seattle and LAFC met twice during regular-season play, playing to a 0-0 draw on March 18 at Lumen Field before LAFC won 1-0 on June 21 at BMO Stadium. The two sides have also faced off twice in the MLS Cup Playoffs in previous years, both 3-1 wins for Seattle. The Rave Green defeated LAFC in the 2019 Western Conference Final on their way to winning its second MLS Cup before Seattle beat LAFC in the First Round of the 2020 playoffs.
