ATLANTA -Atlanta United will play its first away match of the MLS campaign on Saturday as it visits Charlotte FC at Bank of America Stadium. The match is set to kick-off at 12 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass and FOX, while fans can also tune-in to radio calls on 92.9 The Game and La Mejor.

MLS Season Pass will feature every match of the regular season and Audi MLS Cup Playoffs with consistent match times and no blackouts. The service will also feature MLS Countdown, the live pre-game show before every match, live halftime reports, MLS 360 — a fast-moving whip-around show that will provide live look-ins and analysis from all the key moments from every match, and MLS Wrap-up, the live post-game show. All matches will feature commentary in English or Spanish, while matches involving Canadian teams will also have French commentary. Fans in the U.S. and Canada will also have the option to select their home team’s radio for broadcast audio on the Apple TV app where available.

Atlanta holds a 1-1-0 all-time record against Charlotte FC in MLS regular season matches: 1-0-0 at home and 0-1-0 on the road in the series. The teams split their two matches in 2022 with Atlanta winning the first-ever meeting 2-1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and dropping the away match 1-0 at Bank of America Stadium.

After two matches, Atlanta leads MLS in multiple categories including chances created (30), key passes (25), passes completed in the opponents’ penalty area (28) and possession (63.71%), nearly six percentage points higher than Charlotte FC who ranks second (57.75).

Atlanta ranks second in MLS in possessions won in the final third with 16.

Midfielder Franco Ibarra leads MLS with 24 duels won.

Charlotte FC, led by manager Christian Lattanzio, is seeking its first points of the season after dropping its first match 1-0 to New England at home and falling 3-1 last week at St. Louis CITY FC.
