Five Match Spring Slate on the Docket for Women’s Soccer

SALT LAKE CITY – Just a few months after closing the book on their 2022 campaign, the University of Utah women’s soccer team has put together a spring schedule that will consist of five matches, including two at home, and it will begin with a Feb. 25 date with UNLV.

This will be the second straight spring in which the Utes travel to Las Vegas, as they spent March 26 of last year in Nevada taking on the Rebels and Pepperdine.

The second contest on Utah’s spring slate will take place at home on March 24 and pit Hideki Nakada‘s program against the Boys Avalanche squad at 7 p.m. Two weeks later, on April 8, Ute Field will open up for the final time in the spring to host a 6 p.m. clash between the Utes and Utah State. The Utes and Aggies also met in Salt Lake City during the 2022 regular season, with the home team coming out on top, 1-0. Admission to both matches will be free.

Utah will close out the spring with a pair of road showdowns, first on April 15, when they’ll visit Provo for a 4 p.m. tilt against BYU, followed by a matchup with Utah Valley on April 22 at 6 p.m.
