Inter Miami CF II (3W-2L-1D, 10 points) returns to South Florida this weekend for its upcoming MLS NEXT Pro regular season fixture. Inter Miami II will be looking to bounce back after most recently falling 3-1 on the road against New England Revolution II on April 28. The match featured MLS SuperDraft pick and First Team midfielder Yannick Bright’s first goal since joining the Club.
Inter Miami II currently occupies the seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings with 10 points this season. Midfielders Alejandro Flores and Pep Casas, and defender Nyk Sessock lead the team in assists with two apiece.
New York Red Bulls II, meanwhile, will enter the match following a 0-2 loss against Columbus Crew 2 in its previous match at MSU Soccer Park.
Inter Miami II will be hosting New York Red Bulls II for the first time this season and will mark the second matchup between the sides this season. The Red Bulls are currently sitting fourth in the MLS NEXT Pro Eastern Conference table with a record of three wins, one loss and three draws for a total of 14 points.
