Soccer Finalizes Incoming Class - Arizona State University Athletics


TEMPE – Sun Devil soccer has finalized the additions to the program’s roster ahead of the 2024 season. ASU head coach Graham Winkworth has added Grace Gillard, Oona Hartman, Maddie Shafer, Cameron Valladares, and Megan Wilson.

The five will join the trio of Kierra Blundell, Addison Haws, and Ella Kettles, who were announced in the fall.

Grace Gillard /// Defender /// Bedford, England /// Harlington Upper School /// Syracuse

  • Started all 36 games for Syracuse the past two seasons, playing 86 minutes per game
  • Had two assists in 2023 and scored one goal (PK) in 2022
  • Named CSC Academic All-District following the 2023 season
  • Named to the 2022-23 ACC Academic Honor Roll
  • Played for Arsenal Women’s Football Club and England’s Youth National Team
  • Has collected six caps with the England Youth National Team
