KNOXVILLE, Tenn. One Knoxville SC, Knoxville’s professional soccer club, announces a multi-year deal extension of its premier partnership with Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) Fiber. The extension will include a continuation of the KUB Fiber logo on the front of One Knox’s senior team game-day jerseys, in addition to several other partnership objectives.
“We are so excited to extend what has been a successful partnership with KUB Fiber into the years ahead,” said Drew McKenna, managing partner at One Knox. “With KUB Fiber, we don’t just have a sponsorship partner; we have a mission partner looking to build Knoxville into a more effective, inclusive, engaging community. And, just like supporting One Knox, supporting KUB Fiber is an incredible way to show your love for Knoxville!”
One Knox revealed its “Sunsphere Kit,” which displays the KUB Fiber logo across the chest, at an unveiling event on Feb. 28. The jersey, which One Knox will wear primarily for away games, brings Knoxville’s most iconic landmark to life in a beautifully designed way.
“East Tennesseans are known for their unmatched support of local teams and institutions,” said Jay Miller, marketing manager at KUB. “KUB Fiber and One Knox are among the newest of those the community can rally behind. We have no doubt fans of incredibly fast internet and professional tier sports are everywhere among us, and we can’t wait to meet them this season.”
As KUB Fiber expands to make its services available to more customers in 2024 and beyond, its partnership with One Knox will focus on building awareness for KUB Fiber products and connecting customers to Knoxville’s fastest internet.
