For the 2023 season, Saint Louis City SC signed Creek from the MLS Next Pro side to an MLS contract.

“Michael Creek is a great addition to our team.” Head Coach Mario Sanchez said. “He has gained valuable experience at the professional level through his time with St. Louis City SC. He has a great presence in goal to go along with his strong technical ability.”

During the 2023 season, Creek started and appeared in 8 matches for Saint Louis City 2.

The St. Louis native played four seasons at Missouri State University with 149 saves and 27 clean sheets over all four seasons. Creek was named Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Goalkeeper of the year in 2019 and received all MVC honors in three of his seasons at MSU.

Creek started as a trialist with FC Tulsa earlier in the preseason and has been impressive with his skills building himself up to be a signed player with the club.
