RENTON, WASH. – Following a 2-0 loss to Vancouver Whitecaps FC, Seattle Sounders FC heads east for a two-match road swing, starting on Saturday, April 27 against D.C. United at Audi Field (4:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM).

Seattle currently sits in 12th place in the Western Conference with six points. D.C. is in 11th place in the Eastern Conference with 10 points, most recently coming off a 2-0 loss to New York City FC at Citi Field.

Saturday’s match marks the first time since 2019 that these two teams have faced off. Seattle leads the regular-season series 9-3-2, only losing once in its last nine matches against D.C.

Following Saturday’s matchup, Seattle stays on the road to take on the Philadelphia Union on Tuesday, April 30 at Subaru Park (4:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM). The contest was rescheduled for April 30 after the original match between the two sides on March 9 was abandoned due to inclement weather.
