CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — The Virginia men’s soccer program has six competition days scheduled for the 2024 spring training period, four of which will be contested at home.
Virginia’s four home games will include matchups with Aurora FC (Feb. 24), Georgetown (March 16), VCU (March 23), and North Carolina (April 6).
Matches with Georgetown, Pitt and North Carolina are all part of the 2024 Spring Soccer Cup.
Virginia is one of 10 teams to compete in the Spring Cup hosted by Wake Forest, joining Clemson, Georgetown, Wake Forest, North Carolina, Duke, NC State, Maryland, Virginia Tech and Pitt.
Annually some of the highest performing programs in the country, teams participating in the Spring Soccer Cup over the past five seasons have combined to earn:
- 38 NCAA Championship appearances
- 13 regular-season conference titles
- 8 College Cup berths
- 5 conference tournament titles
- 3 NCAA Championships
