Kansas City Current Announces Ruby Jean’s Juicery as Next Partner in CPKC Stadium

KANSAS CITY – The Kansas City Current announced the team’s latest Teal Tuesday partner, Ruby Jean’s Juicery, a local small business focused on healthy living. Fans can look forward to enjoying the brand’s signature juices, healthy snacks and acai bowls in CPKC Stadium.


Media and fans are invited to visit Ruby Jean’s for a Teal Tuesday Takeover today from 12-1 pm at Ruby Jean’s Leawood location at 11828 Roe Avenue, Leawood, KS 66211.

“Ruby Jean’s, a fresh, pressed, addition to the KC Current stadium is already a favorite offering to the players and soon for the fans,” said CPKC Stadium chef partners Megan and Colby Garrelts. “Locally owned and operated with many outposts around Kansas City we are thrilled to have their juice selections and other healthy bite options on the menu!”

Ruby Jean’s Juicery, founded by Chris Goode, was created with a passion for health and longevity of life in mind. Named after his grandmother, the shop honors Ruby Jean’s legacy through providing a wide array of healthy options for the community.

“At Ruby Jean’s Juicery, breaking down barriers to a healthier existence is central to our mission,” said Goode. “Over the years we’ve seen the Kansas City Current do just that as they continually re-establish the bar for women’s sports. It’s easy to see the electricity this organization has brought to Kansas City and we couldn’t be more grateful to continue our collaboration as we embark on fueling this beautiful community at CPKC!”

Fans can find Ruby Jean’s in the southeast corner of CPKC Stadium, serving a variety of cold pressed juices, healthy snacks and acai bowls.

Their juices and bowls will be great healthy options for our fans’ game day experience,” said KC Current Vice President of Marketing Jocelyn Monroe. “Ruby Jean’s has been an incredible collaborator on community events with us for several years, and we are so excited to continue that partnership in CPKC Stadium.”

Ruby Jean’s currently features a special “Currently” smoothie on the menu as a nod to the hometown NWSL team. It’s made with dragonfruit, pineapple, banana, strawberry, peach, and agave.
