Anthony Martial has rejected a host of offers from international clubs at the start of the January transfer window, and is keen to stay at Manchester United until the expiration of his contract in June, according to reports.

The Frenchman’s current deal at Old Trafford runs out at the end of the season, but Martial is not thought to be preparing to leave prematurely despite being on the periphery of Erik ten Hag‘s squad.

Ten Hag stated last week that United were in discussions with the 28-year-old, who has played for the club since joining from Ligue 1 side Monaco in 2015.

Mail Sport previously reported that Fenerbahce were amongst the clubs interested in the forward, and as the final months of his contract run down, Martial is allowed to enter pre-contract talks with potential buyers ahead of the summer window.

But as per The Athletic, potential suitors including Marseille and a handful of Saudi Pro League sides have been rebuffed, with Martial’s current focus on remaining at Old Trafford until at least the summer.
