Husky Women’s Soccer Signs Nine On NSD


SEATTLE – The Washington women’s soccer team added nine young prospects to its stable of youthful talent on Wednesday, inking head coach Nicole Van Dyke‘s fifth signing class.
 
Ranked as the No. 16 recruiting class in the country per TopDrawerSoccer.com, Washington tapped into several bountiful areas of talent in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Sophie Blake
D • Gig Harbor, Wash. (Gig Harbor HS)
 
HIGH SCHOOL
• A three star prospect by TopDrawerSoccer
• Named First Team All-State as a junior
• A three-time all-conference selection
• Conference Co-Offensive MVP in 2022
• Selected as a team captain
 
CLUB/ODP
• Competed for Washington Premier 06 ECNL
• Earned ECNL Northwest All-Conference First Team laurels
• Helped lead team to ODP Western Regionals in 2022
