Madison, WI: The 2023 Forward Madison Home Kit was unveiled by the club at a kit launch event in the Forward Club at Breese Stevens Field on Friday night. In front of a crowd of Forward Madison supporters, players were introduced in their kits ahead of the first USL League One match at Breese Stevens Field on Saturday, April 15th at 6pm.

The home kit will be worn in both the 2023 and 2024 Forward Madison seasons as part of a long-term commitment by the Club to wear their home kit in two year cycles. Dark blue sleeve caps, and overlapping collar, and an alternate logo on the back of the kit complete the new design.

Incorporating the chevrons from prior kits, but through a different lens with a geometric type pattern that houses a handful of verbal easter eggs of this club’s foundation.”

“One of the things we were most pleased with was creating a design where even if you don’t notice the hidden text or have a custom kit name and number on the back, these patterns and shapes can serve as a design asset in themselves and still work,” Jenkins said. “To me, the end design achieved was aligned with my goal at the beginning, which was anchoring the kit down to our past, while creating a design to push us forward.”

“We’re excited to have a fresh, new home look for the 2023 season,” Director of Merchandising Chase…
