The Story:
On Friday, the Lions will play their home opener at Osceola County Stadium, hosting Huntsville City FC 2, one of seven expansion clubs to join MLS NEXT Pro for the 2023 campaign.
Orlando City B are fresh off their strong season opener where they reigned victorious in a 3-1 result against Philadelphia Union II at Subaru Park. The match saw Abdi Salim, Cristofer Acuña and Jack Lynn all score for OCB.
Nine total players made their Orlando City B debuts last Sunday, including Acuña and Salim, as well as Franco Pérez, Nabi Kibunguchy, Zakaria Taifi, Juninho, Imanol Almaguer, Jhon Solís and Shak Mohammed.
