It’s almost match day in Omaha once again! After a long offseason, your Owls are finally ready to take flight in their regular season opener against Forward Madison. Gates will open at 1 p.m. and kick-off will be at 2 p.m.

PREVIEW: FORWARD MADISON FC
It’s always a robust bird battle when the ‘Mingos come to town, and this match-up will be no different. Omaha’s Midwestern rivals open the season looking to make it back to the League One playoffs for the first time since 2019. Last season, the sides shared points in two physical draws at Breese Steevans Field before the Owls were able to grind out a 1-0 win at Werner Park. Madison retooled its roster with a number of noteworthy signings, including Christian Chaney, who scored 10 goals for Central Valley Fuego last season, and 2022 All-League Defender Timmy Mehl.
DIGITAL TICKETING
All pre-purchased tickets at Caniglia Field are digital and can be accessed through your Union Omaha Ticket Account. Tickets must be shown at the gate for entry.
The Ticket Sale Window at the northwest entrance will open at 12 p.m. on match day.
All single-game ticket purchases will be GA seating in the bleacher area (purple area on map above).

CLEAR BAG POLICY
Caniglia Field will enforce a Clear Bag Policy for this match to expedite your stadium entry experience and reduce security screening interactions.
One clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or the 12â³ by 6â³ by 12â³ clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag – plus a small clutch approximately 4.5â³ x 6.5â³ in size.
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and/or diaper bags after proper inspection and screening.
Guests can carry in blankets and jackets as long as they are readily available for screening at entry.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Parking will be free to all in the garage and other lots around the UNO campus. The parking garage (P1 on the map below) will be the closest to park in for entering the stadium and will open at 12 p.m. See the map below for parking and stadium entrance.
