Almost immediately after Alphonso Davies had fired Bayern Munich into a surprise lead against Real Madrid, Los Blancos thought that they had hit back.
The Bavarians were at sixes and sevens and as the ball came into the box, Nacho appeared to stick out a foot and the ball nestled in the net.
The Santiago Bernabeu went wild but a VAR review showed that Nacho had raised his hands to Joshua Kimmich and the goal was promptly ruled out.
