FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution II has re-signed and exercised the contract options for several players, placing the club’s roster at 11 MLS NEXT Pro professional players under contract ahead of the 2023 season.
The following 11 players are under contract for 2023: Jordan Adebayo-Smith, Brandonn Bueno, Pierre Cayet, Nico Campuzano, Marcos Dias, Malcolm Fry, Ítalo, Colby Quiñones, Santiago Suarez, Jake Rozhansky, and Weverton. That list includes three Revolution Academy graduates as Bueno, Fry, and Quiñones all rose to the second team within New England’s pro pathway.
Revolution II did not exercise the contract options of Michael DeShields, Hikaru Fujiwara, Ryan Lima, Yannik Oettl, and Trevor Zwetsloot. The contracts of Michel Costa da Silva, Sean O’Hearn, and Meny Silva all expired on Nov. 30, 2022. Additionally, the club has mutually agreed to terminate the contract of goalkeeper Marzuq Puckerin.

Per MLS NEXT Pro roster guidelines, New England Revolution II’s roster can be comprised of up to 35 players with 24 roster spots filled with professional players, including International and Domestic players, and players on loan, while 11 roster slots may be filled with amateur players. The 2022 MLS NEXT Pro season saw seven Revolution Academy products make their professional debuts with New England’s second team, bringing the total to 25 Academy players who have debuted with the team since 2020.
In 2023, all MLS, Leagues Cup 2023, and MLS NEXT Pro matches will be available through the new MLS Streaming Service on the Apple TV app. Apple TV can be accessed by anyone with an internet connection via Apple devices, smartphones and smart TVs, streaming devices from Roku, Amazon, and Google, game consoles, Comcast Xfinity, and on the web at tv.apple.com.
