Interested in potentially playing for Forward Madison FC? If so, make a name for yourself at the FMFC 2023 Player Combine, which is set to take place in Loves Park, IL from 12/6 through 12/7.
Here’s all the important information you need to know if you are interested:
Dates: December 6 and 7, 2022
Location: Mercy Health Sports Core 2 8800 E, Riverside Blvd. Loves Park, IL
Cost: $200 per player
Check-In: 1pm – 2pm, December 6th
Sessions: 12/6: 2pm – 4pm, 12/7: 9am – 11am and 2pm – 4pm (3 total field sessions)
Hotel Info: TBA
Transportation: Not Provided
Meals Provided: Lunch on 12/7 at 11am
T-Shirt/Jersey provided to each attendee
Age: Must be 17 years or older to participate

Our technical staff will follow up with you via email if you are chosen to participate in the combine.
All sessions will be video recorded. FMFC has hosted similar events in prior seasons. Combine participants in previous years have been invited to preseason training camp and some have even signed contracts to play for the Club.
