SEATTLE, WA. – OL Reign has re-signed midfielder Quinn through the 2024 season, the club announced today. Per league and club policy, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“I’m so thankful for the opportunity to continue playing for OL Reign,” said Quinn. “We have a really good culture and team environment here at this club, so I’m excited to keep it going. I think we are more than capable of continuing to find success on the field with the roster we have. I also think the players, staff, and fans here genuinely care about you, which is another reason why I look forward to staying.”

Quinn originally joined OL Reign in July 2019 from Paris FC in the French Division 1 Féminine. Drafted in 2017 by the Washington Spirit, they were the highest-drafted Canadian in NWSL history, being selected as the third overall pick.

The 27-year-old recently hit the milestone of 50 NWSL regular-season appearances while playing with OL Reign. Quinn has started in 26 of 35 games played for the Reign in the regular season, tallying an assist, 1,086 successful passes and 129 duels won. During the 2022 regular season, Quinn had 17 appearances, which was tied for third on the team among midfielders for the Reign.

“Quinn is such a dynamic midfielder and is one of those game-changing players where you can feel their presence on the field,” said head coach Laura Harvey. “Our roster is balanced with veteran leadership and young talent, and Quinn fits perfectly into this group. We’re excited to have them for an extended period and know that they will continue to grow the game and impact our community in a very positive way.”
