COLLEGE PARK, MD. – The University of Maryland women’s soccer team will head out to Columbus to face #20 Ohio State for a Thursday night matchup at 7 pm. The Terps will then return to Ludwig for the final time this season for a 1 pm contest against Minnesota. Both matches will be streamed on B1G+.
THIS WEEK’S STORYLINES
series history
- Maryland has a 0-8-2 all-time record with Ohio State. The two teams met in College Park last season as the Buckeyes came away with a 2-1 win.
- The Terps have a 2-5 overall record with the Gophers. They last met in the 2020-21 season in Minneapolis as Minnesota won 1-0.

- Coach Meghan Ryan Nemzer continues her first season at the helm of the Maryland women’s soccer program. Coach Nemzer comes to Maryland after spending the previous 14 seasons on the coaching staff at Rutgers.
- Katie Ely and Alex Ng will also be joining the Maryland staff this season. Ely has spent the previous seven seasons on the women’s soccer staff at the University of Georgia, while Ng comes to Maryland after spending the past two seasons on the University of Richmond women’s soccer…
