•    No. 7 Duke (8-3-0, 3-1-0 ACC) will continue its three-match homestand on Thursday, Oct. 6 as the Blue Devils host Wake Forest (8-2-2, 2-2-0) at 7 p.m., at Koskinen Stadium.
•    Blue Devil graduate student Delaney Graham will sing the national anthem pregame.
•    Thursday’s match will be aired live on ACC Network Extra with Chris Edwards (PXP) and Dean Linke (Color).
•    It will mark Duke’s annual “Pink Game” on Thursday as the Blue Devils will wear pink jerseys that will be auctioned off to raise money for breast cancer research at the Duke Cancer Institute.
•    The Blue Devils have won eight out of their last nine ACC regular season contests with the lone loss coming against  Virginia in the last game.
•    In the latest NCAA RPI, Duke is eighth with its three losses coming to No. 1 UCLA, No. 4 Virginia and No. 5 North Carolina. The Blue Devils’ schedule is currently ranked the eighth-toughest nationally.
•    Over the first nine matches, Duke featured a different starting lineup in each of those contests.  The Blue Devils had the same lineup over the last three matches.
•    In 28 matches played at Duke, Michelle Cooper has tallied at least a goal or assist in 20 of those contests.

STORYLINES/OTHER BLUE DEVIL NOTES

•    Duke junior Olivia Migli and Wake Forest’s Carrie Mcintire are both from Haymarket, Va., and attended Battlefield H.S.

•    Blue Devil junior Katie Groff and WFU’s Lyndon Wood, Baylor Goldthwaite and Laurel Ansbrow played on the NC Courage Girls Development Academy.

•    With her next start, senior Delaney Graham will pass Tara Campbell for the school record with 92 career starts.

•    In six home matches in 2022, Duke has scored eight of 11 goals in the first half.

•    The Blue Devils boast a 51-10-7 record at home at Koskinen Stadium since the start of the 2017 campaign.

•    Michelle Cooper has scored 14 of her 21 career goals at home in Koskinen Stadium.  Five of the other seven goals have come on the road this season (TCU/Tennessee/NCSU).
