The Major Arena Soccer League announced today that the Ron Newman Cup Finals will be broadcast nationwide on SiriusXM.
Game One on Monday, May 2 between the San Diego Sockers and the Florida Tropics from Lakeland will air on SiriusXM channels 138/201 (channel number depends on make of subscriber’s vehicle) and on the SXM App. Coverage begins at 7 p.m. EDT.
The Championship Game Two and potential Knockout Game will air on Sunday, May 8 from San Diego, Calif. Coverage begins at 8 pm EDT on SiriusXM FC, channel 157 on SiriusXM radios and on the SXM App.
The Florida Tropics and the San Diego Sockers finished the regular season ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in a field of 12 teams. They meet in the finals round after competing in some of the most fan friendly and compelling games in recent history during the quarterfinals and semifinals.
