ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The No. 4-seeded University of Michigan men’s soccer team (8-6-3) will travel to No. 1-seeded Penn State on Wednesday (Nov. 10) for a Big Ten Tournament semifinal match against the Nittany Lions at Jeffrey Field. The noon match will be aired live on the Big Ten Network.
U-M and Penn State will face off for the third straight season in the Big Ten Tournament semifinal. The Wolverines earned a 1-0 win in the 2019 season and the Nittany Lions grabbed a victory in the 2020-21 campaign.
Wolverine Bites
• Michigan is 18-19-2 all-time in the Big Ten Tournament after earning the 2-1 win over Wisconsin in the quarterfinal match on Sunday (Nov. 7). The Wolverines won the Big Ten Tournament in the 2010 season, earning a 1-0 win in the semifinal against Wisconsin before going on to a 4-1 victory over Penn State in the championship game.
