PITTSBURGH – Looking to remain unbeaten at home, the No. 2-ranked Pitt men’s soccer team will return to Ambrose Urbanic Field to host Boston College Friday evening.

Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. ET, and the match can be streamed via ACCNX.

Three Panthers rank in the top 10 in the ACC in points per game – Sahmkow (1.71), Albert Thorsen (1.29) and Guilherme Feitosa (1.29).

Defense Shines

Lasse Dahl leads the ACC and ranks 12th nationally with four assists this season. He also ranks 38th nationally in assists per game (.57).

Scouting the Eagles

  • Boston College has opened the season with a 3-1-3 ledger, including an 0-1-1 mark in ACC play.

    • The Eagles own a 1-1-1 record over their last three matches, notably tying then-No. 20 Syracuse (1-1).
    • Tuesday, Boston College defeated Siena, 3-1, behind three points from Marco Dos Santos.

  • Individually, Boston College is led by junior midfielder Ask Ekeland – who has tallied five goals this season for a team-high 10 points.
