When is the Paris 2024 Olympics women’s soccer final?

The Paris 2024 Olympics women’s soccer final will determine which nation gets to bring home gold.

After an action-packed group stage, the knockout rounds at the Paris 2024 Olympics are set to begin in just a few days. The top eight teams, including the two favorites to win the competition, Spain and the USA, advanced to the quarter-finals, but only the best will make the final.

The top two squads in the tournament will face off in the gold medal match at Parc des Princes, home of Paris Saint-Germain. By the end of the affair, one side will become Olympic champions.

Fortunately, fans do not have to wait much longer to watch the gold medal match.

The women’s soccer final at the Paris 2024 Olympics kicks off on Saturday, Aug. 10, at 11 a.m. ET. The winner of the match will earn the gold medal, while the losers will have to settle for silver.

To make the final, both teams will have to win their semi-final matches on Tuesday, Aug. 6. The winners will have just three days of rest before the biggest match of the tournament.

If the score is level after 90 minutes, the game will continue into extra time, which consists of two 15-minute halves. If neither side can find a winner, then a penalty shootout will decide who goes home with the gold medal.

The Paris 2024 Olympics women’s soccer bronze medal match kicks off on Friday, Aug. 9, at 9 a.m. ET. The two semi-final losers will have one last chance to leave France with a medal just one day before the gold medal match.

The bronze medal game will unfold at Stade de Lyon, and the winning side will join the two finalists on the podium.
