Big Ten Announces Women’s Soccer Opponents For 2024 Season


CHICAGO – The Big Ten Conference announced the women’s soccer league schedule for 2024 on Thursday, revealing Washington’s 11 conference opponents for its inaugural campaign as a Big Ten member.
 
The Huskies will host six B1G foes at Husky Soccer Stadium in 2024, while visiting five league venues. The home/away designations will flip for the 2025 season.
 
Washington’s first Big Ten matchup will occur on Sept. 12 when USC visits Seattle. The Huskies will then take their first B1G road trip, visiting Maryland on Sept. 19 and Rutgers on Sept. 22.
 
UW will return home the following week, hosting Purdue and Indiana on Sept. 26 and 29, respectively, before heading south to Los Angeles to face UCLA on Oct. 6.
 
U Dub will play host to Michigan on Oct. 10 and Michigan State on Oct. 13, then finish off its Big Ten road slate with trips to Iowa on Oct. 17 and Nebraska on Oct. 20.
 
Washington will conclude its first Big Ten season at home, hosting long-time rival Oregon on Oct. 27 at Husky Soccer Stadium.
 
Game times, as well as Washington’s non-conference schedule, will be announced at a later date.
