According to a report from TEAMtalk, Chelsea have a number of candidates on their shortlist including Ruben Amorim, Enzo Maresca, Kieran McKenna, and Roberto De Zerbi.

The report states that the Italian manager has now emerged as the leading candidate to take over at Stamford Bridge. De Zerbi has reportedly made it clear that he is ready to take the job and it will be interesting to see if Chelsea can negotiate an agreement with Brighton.

The Seagulls are likely to demand a substantial compensation fee for the 44-year-old Italian manager. Chelsea need to bring in a quality manager before they can start planning for the transfer window.
