Canada Soccer announced on Thursday, that Forge FC’s 2024 TELUS Canadian Championship Quarterfinal matchup against CF Montreal will take place on Tuesday, May 7 at 11 a.m. ET, marking the club’s inaugural School Day Match, presented by Stelco. The return leg is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, May 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Stade Saputo in Montreal, Quebec, promising an intense battle for Canadian soccer glory.
The HFX Wanderers FC match has been rescheduled from Tuesday, May 7 at 11 a.m. to Wednesday, August 14 at 7 p.m. ET.
The highly anticipated School Day Match just got even more special. Originally scheduled against HFX Wanderers FC, the match is now part of the most prestigious cup competition in Canada, the TELUS Canadian Championship. Over 10,000 students from 100 schools from Hamilton and surrounding areas will be in attendance, adding to the excitement as Forge FC aims to continue their journey for the Voyageurs Cup.
