Orange County SC finishes their road trip in the Lone Star State when they travel to Toyota Field in San Antonio, TX to face San Antonio FC on Saturday, April 13. Something’s gotta give…

TEXAS TWO STEP

San Antonio FC enter Saturday in 5th place in the Western Conference. They were knocked from the undefeated ranks their last time out, when they suffered a 1-0 to the Las Vegas Lights at Cashman Field. However, back home in Texas, Toyota Field has been a fortress for the Black and Silver over the past few years. Just how well have SAFC fared at home? They’ve lost just two matches at Toyota Field in their last 37 regular season matches played at home (20-15-2). In their three home matches so far this year, they have scored at least two goals and have gone undefeated in that stretch (2-1-0). There’s a new goalkeeper protecting the posts for SAFC after the departure of Jordan Farr in the offseason, when San Antonio brought goalkeeper Pablo Sisniega into the fold from Crown Legacy FC of MLS Next Pro. Former USMNT forward Juan Agudelo has two goal contributions this year and former LA Galaxy II midfielder Jorge Hernandez leads the team in assists (3) and chances created (17).
