The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) kickoff Season 7 as they host the Seattle Soundersâ¯in the club’s season opening match of the 2024 MLS Regular Season on Saturday, Feb 24. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m. PT at BMO Stadium and will be available onâ¯MLS Season Pass on Apple TV/ FOX/FOX Deportes ESPNLA 710 AM/980 AM La Mera Mera).â¯
The Black & Gold enter their seventh MLS regular season going 6-for-6 in season openers, with victories over Seattle Sounders FC (1-0; 4/29/18), Sporting KC (2-1; 3/3/19), Inter Miami CF (1-0; 3/1/2020), Austin FC (2-1; 4/17/2021), Colorado (3-0; 2/26/2022) and Portland (3-2 3/4/2023). â¯â¯
Saturday’s contest will feature the Club’s second-ever MLS Regular Season opening match vs. Seattle and will also feature the 19th meeting between both clubs since 2018. LAFC leads the LAFC vs. Seattle series with a 9-5-4 (W-L-T) record outscoring the Sounder 18-14.
