Oakland, CA – Oakland Roots SC Head Coach Noah Delgado and Technical Director Jordan Ferrell have finalized the first team technical staff ahead of the 2024 season.
Returning to the staff in 2024 are 1st Assistant Coach Gavin Glinton, Goalkeeping Coach Peter Davis, Mental Performance Coach Lisa Bonta Sumii, and Assistant Athletic Trainer Amy Yoerg.
Joining the team for 2024 is Noah Delgado’s Head of Performance Marques Cardiel, 2nd Assistant Coach, former Captain, Joseph Nane, Head Athletic Trainer Codi Simmons and Opposition Analyst Zak Gordon who was recently announced as Project 51O Head Coach.
“I’m excited to have such passionate and experienced staff supporting me,” said Oakland Roots SC Head Coach, Noah Delgado. “These are people I know well and trust greatly. People who are very driven and hardworking who will all help us achieve success in 2024.”
Former Captain Nana Attakora remains with Oakland Roots SC as the Director of Player Personnel, while Valentin Saldaña and Robert Glasser return leading soccer and facility operations.
“As always when heading into a new season we look to add quality people first and foremost who fit into our culture,” said Jordan Ferrell. “The staff we return and the additions we made have me very excited and ready for the new season ahead.”
