CHARLOTTE, NC – Charlotte FC today announced defender Guzman Corujo has joined Serbian club FK Čukarički on a permanent transfer.
Corujo, 27, was one of Charlotte FC’s first signings ahead of the Club’s inaugural season with the center back playing in 31 league matches.
“Guzman will always be a key part of our history at Charlotte FC and has been a great leader and fan favorite during his time in the Queen City. Everyone at the Club wishes Guz well in the next chapter of his career,” said Charlotte FC General Manager Zoran Krneta.
