Chelsea striker Armando Broja is headed to Fulham on loan in deal worth £4million.
The Albania striker will undergo a medical tonight ahead of signing a deal until the end of the season.
Fulham will pay an initial £750,000 to loan Broja, but the fee could rise to £4million depending on a complex appearances and performance payment structure.
Chelsea initially wanted a deal worth £50m for Broja this month on either a permanent or a loan with an obligation to buy.
But those conditions changed dramatically this morning after it emerged Chelsea would accept a £5million loan fee for Broja.

Even then, however, Fulham and Wolves – who were also interested in Broja – refused to meet Chelsea’s asking price.
But Fulham have now made a breakthrough in discussions and will pay a maximum of £4million for Broja – but the expectancy is the Craven Cottage club will pay significantly less provided the 22-year-old plays regularly between now and the end of the season.
Mail Sport previously reported that Gary O’Neil and Wolves’ recruitment team were big admirers of the Albanian forward.
Broja has scored twice in 19 appearances for the club this season, after having made his return from an ACL injury that had kept him sidelined for almost a year.
The forward was an unused substitute on Wednesday night, as Chelsea were beaten 4-1 by Liverpool at Anfield.
