SEATTLE, WASH. – Seattle Sounders FC today unveiled its full schedule for the 2024 preseason, featuring an international training camp in Marbella, Spain, which the club departs for on January 25. The Rave Green are set to play a select number of preseason friendlies in Spain and Seattle prior to the beginning of the 2024 campaign, which begins on Sunday, February 24 with a road match at LAFC (1:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, FOX, iHeartMedia Seattle, El Rey 1360 AM).
Seattle begins its preseason training next week at Starfire Sports, with the first open-field training of the year set for Tuesday, January 16. Sounders FC training sessions are slated to begin at approximately 10:30 a.m. PT and are open to media forphotography and b-roll opportunities, with player and technical staff availability beginning at approximately 11:30 a.m. PT.

Brian Schmetzer’s side travels to Spain at the end of the month for a preseason camp at the Marbella Football Center from January 26 – February 10. The Rave Green will play a series of preseason friendlies in Marbella, with further details forthcoming.
Following the trip to Marbella, the Rave Green move into their new, permanent home at the Sounders FC Center at Longacres, the club’s world-class training facility in Renton. The Sounders FC Center features four full-size training pitches and 50,000 square feet of office space for both the business and soccer operations of the club. Throughout 2024, Sounders FC will be holding events in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the club and the launch of this new facility with members of the Sounders community.
