Courage Signs Free Agent Forward Bianca St-Georges to Two-Year Contract with 2026 Option

CARY, N.C. – The North Carolina Courage today announces the signing of free agent forward Bianca St-Georges to a two-year, guaranteed contract through the 2025 NWSL season. The deal also includes a mutual option for 2026.


The former West Virginia Mountaineer has spent her entire professional career in Chicago, drafted by the Red Stars in the third round of the 2019 NWSL Draft. She’s since racked up six goals and three assists in 2,714 minutes of NWSL regular season experience.

St-Georges had her best statistical season for the Red Stars in 2023, scoring four goals and providing one assist across 1,574 minutes. She won 45.66% of her duels, created 18 chances and completed 69.38% of her passes last season. She also scored one goal and provided one assist in 350 minutes of UKG Challenge Cup action.

St-Georges is a native of The St. Felix de Valois, Quebec and made her senior Canadian National Team debut in a 0-0 draw against the Czech Republic on June 11, 2021. St-Georges has nine national team caps, including five starts, and earned a silver medal at the 2022 CONCACAF W Championship. She also represented Canada at two FIFA youth tournaments.

St-Georges was a four-year starter for West Virginia University, making 81 appearances and logging 6,729 minutes, nine goals and 13 assists. St-Georges was named the Big 12 Defender of the Year in her senior season, scoring seven goals and helping the…
