Minnesota United Loans Ethan Bristow to Stockport County Football Club

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. – Minnesota United announced today that the club has loaned defender Ethan Bristow to Stockport County F.C. of the EFL League Two for the 2024 season, with the right to recall Bristow at any time throughout the duration of the loan. The loan will additionally open up an international roster spot for MNUFC.


Bristow joined Minnesota United in July 2023 following one season with Tranmere Rovers, where he scored one goal and recorded two assists in 51 matches for the club across all competitions. With the Loons in the 2023 campaign, he made 12 game appearances across all competitions, including Leagues Cup 2023. The English left back started his soccer career in Reading’s academy and signed his first professional contract with the club in October 2019.

Transaction: Minnesota United loans defender Ethan Bristow to Stockport County F.C. of the English Football League (EFL) League Two on a Loan Agreement for the 2024 season. This agreement contains a right to recall the player at any time throughout the duration of the loan.
