Scouting the Competition
Undefeated Stanford boasts an 8-0-1 home record this season thanks to a 23-4 goal differential at Cagan Stadium. The Cardinal has allowed one goal or fewer in 30 straight matches dating back Sept. 29, 2022, and have nine shutouts this season. Last weekend they earned a pair of ties down in Los Angeles drawing with No. 23 USC and No. UCLA.

Gray Named Offensive Player of the Week
Senior forward Anysa Gray earned her first Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week award last Monday after two solid performances in her final matches at Edwards Stadium. Gray helped lead the Bears to a pair of wins and an 11-1 goal differential over Oregon and Oregon State. The East Palo Alto native netted a pair of goals and added an assist in the two matches.

That’s Wy
Sophomore goalkeeper Teagan Wy has played just about every available minute between the posts for the Bears this season and her stats show why. Wy ranks fourth in the Pac-12 with an .813 save percentage and is tied for third with 78 saves. She allowed just three goals in the entire month of September and has collected three or more saves in 10 straight matches.

Spreading the Love
The Bears have scored 29 goals off 13 different boots this season. Junior forwards Ari Manrique and Karlie Lema lead the team with five and four, respectively. In Cal’s 8-1 win over Oregon last Thursday, eight different Bears found the back of the net. Additionally, 10 Bears account for the team’s 19 assists, giving Cal 16 total point scorers.
