Still Scores Fourth, Equalizes In 1-1 Draw With No. 18 Colorado

SEATTLE Hailey Still scored mere minutes after No. 18 Colorado (10-4-3, 2-3-3 Pac-12) took the lead on Sunday as Washington (7-5-4, 2-4-2 Pac-12) earned a 1-1 draw Sunday afternoon at Husky Soccer Stadium.
 
With the result, the Huskies extend their unbeaten run to four matches, earning a pair of victories and draws apiece.
 
While the Huskies started off the aggressors, neither side was able to muster many dangerous chances in the opening half, hitting the halftime break deadlocked in a scoreless tie.
 
With still little separating the squads at the beginning the second half, Colorado garnered a brief lead in the 60th minute from the penalty spot, with Ava Priest converting after UW was called for a handball inside the 18.
 
However, the Dawgs responded immediately. Re-serving a Buffalo clearance, Lucy Newlin lofted a ball over the top of the CU back line and Still responded first, calmly bringing the ball down before slotting her shot into the bottom corner to level the score.
