The Story:
The Orlando Pride head to Snapdragon Stadium for their second-consecutive road match to square-off with the San Diego Wave.
The Pride will look to continue their unbeaten streak against the Wave, having taken a 1-0 shutout victory in San Diego a year ago. The two sides then battled to a 2-2 draw later in the season at Exploria Stadium, with Saturday serving as the third meeting between the two clubs in their history.
Forward Amanda Allen has returned to the Pride from international duty with Canada’s U-20 team. Allen will be available for selection for this match.
Quote of the Week:
“[We’re expecting] another competitive game, obviously their form at home is good. It’s another opportunity for us to win another game of fútbol. It’s going to be a difficult game, they have some good players, but in this league now anyone can win on any day, so we’re hoping to go there and put a really good team performance out there and hopefully come away with three points.”
