Neville reveals four Man Utd transfer ‘priorities’; slams ‘inconsistent’ duo linked with summer exits

Neville on Man Utd

Gary Neville thinks Manchester United need at least four signings this summer to help Erik ten Hag take the club to the next level.

The Red Devils have improved this season under Ten Hag. The Dutchman has ended their trophy drought and he also has them on track for Champions League qualification.

But United’s 3-0 midweek defeat to Sevilla showed again that they still have work to do, with more signings needed this summer to bridge the gap between themselves and Man City/Arsenal.

The club’s hierarchy are expected to sell a few fringe players this summer to raise funds for their own signings.

‘They have to go for a big player. Manchester United, especially, should be aware of this because they are going all in for a striker now (specifically the same three on the shortlist of the Red Devils in Victor Osimhen, Harry Kane and Randal Kolo Muani).

‘The first one of the big targets is Victor Osimhen. The last few years when we asked about Osimhen the answer was always ‘too expensive, too expensive, too expensive’. But now they will try it. I heard now a €150m…
