Julian Nagelsmann ‘will NOT decide on his next move until he’s taken time off’ after his Bayern Munich sacking… with Tottenham now facing an anxious wait in hunt for Antonio Conte replacement, with Real Madrid and Chelsea circling
Julian Nagelsmann will reportedly not make any rash decisions on his future and will instead wait until he’s ‘come to terms’ with his shock sacking as Bayern Munich manager.
The 35-year-old was surprisingly dismissed by Bayern last Friday and has now become one of the most sought-after managers in Europe.
His immediate availability and the fact that he can be appointed without having to pay compensation make him a very attractive prospect, and Tottenham want to begin talks with Nagelsmann about him potentially becoming their new manager following Antonio Conte‘s sacking.
However, German news outlet Bild have reported that Nagelsmann will take his time before mapping out his next career move as he looks to get over his ‘painful’ Bayern exit.
The report goes on to claim Nagelsmann would like to analyse what went wrong in his 21 months at the club and let it sink in before moving on to somewhere new.

Spurs would preferably like to bring Nagelsmann in sooner rather than later but understands a summer start would suit both parties, given how he has handed Conte’s former assistant Cristian Stellini the reins in their last 10 games.
However, Spurs face an anxious wait while Nagelsmann decides on his future because there is plenty of interest from the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea.
Joining Real, a team already set up for instant success, could suit Nagelsmann, but he has admirers at Chelsea and would interest them if they decided to replace Graham Potter.
An upturn in results has eased the pressure on Potter following a largely disappointing first season, but a dip in form before the end of the season could leave Chelsea’s owners with a decision to make.
