He was picked up by USL Development Side (at the time) South Georgia Tormenta in 2018, where he would make 12 appearances.

Following 2018, Martinez was a mainstay in USL Championship side Rio Grande Valley FC, making 48 appearances from 2019-2020 before a one year stint with New Mexico United, where he made 30 appearances. “Isidro’s quality has shown in all levels that he’s played at in his career,” Head Coach Matt Glaeser said. “We’re looking forward to seeing the impact he can have in Madison this season.”
