Liverpool have ‘genuine interest’ in Chelsea man; Jacobs reveals FSG ‘ready to fund overhaul’

Reported Liverpool targets Jude Bellingham and Mason Mount celebrate a goal for England

Liverpool reportedly have ‘genuine interest’ in Chelsea and England midfielder Mason Mount ahead of what promises to be a hectic summer transfer window.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp will try to rebuild his whole midfield at the end of the season.

Jude Bellingham is the club’s number-one target, but will cost at least £130million should he leave Borussia Dortmund.

The Premier League club are being linked with several midfield players, including West Ham’s Declan Rice and Wolves’ Matheus Nunes.

Klopp was reportedly keen on signing Nunes before he moved to Molineux last summer.
